Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with policy changes and updates
• Schedule appointments with licensed agents
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Support agents with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency and typing skills
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• High school diploma required

Sales Manager

Location: Office-Based
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of insurance agents
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Conduct training sessions and team meetings
• Assist with complex customer situations
• Report on team performance and KPIs

Requirements:

• 5+ years insurance sales experience
• 3+ years management experience
• Active P&C insurance license
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
